Inmotion hosting offers both value class and business class web hosting. The value class hosting is good for personal or hobby sites. You should still be able to even run a site that doesn’t require that much server processing. However, there are few limits with the value class package. For example, there is a 2 MB limit on the attachment size. We don’t see this as a big problem but if you think you will be sending large files via email, you should look into the business class.
For the value plans, they offer starter, basic and max. We recommend the “max value plan” because it comes with parked domain, mysql database, awstats, customizable ftp accounts, phpmyadmin, merchant account, shared ssl, streaming audio/video, script installer, website builder and SPAM protection. They offer a 2 stage spam protection and the site backups are done on a weekly basis. The plan costs $5.00/month and comes with 200 Gb of space and 2000 GB of monthly bandwidth.

Inmotion package lacks a lot of features that other hosting companies are offering for not a competitive price. They do offer very reliable service especially for businesses where they utilize server speech technology to serve pages faster. If you are looking for business class hosting, Inmotion is high recommended. However, if you are looking for just basic web hosting, You can look into other companies like Chimehost, Webhostingpad etc.

I love inmotion. fast servers, great features and excellent support
I try to Change my domain to inmotion, but I make a question before transfer and nobody answer me yet (1 week later). If this service are pre-sales…imagine when you have a real problem… BAD support, try other company.
This is not a review of their service, but they certainly need some pointers in pre-sales. I joined their live chat inquiring about the specs of their plans. Rather than tell me he didn’t know, the rep (Ben P.) kept trying to upsell me to the “Business Class” plan. I stated I might be willing to consider that, but would like information on the servers used. After asking him to explicitly outline several of the features of each plans’ servers, he promptly left the chat session without providing the requested info. The online chat button was then removed from their site so I could not rejoin. I guess I can’t provide a review for their hosting since we didn’t get through the pre-sales stage. Oh well, I’ll assume their is a correlation between pre-sales and service. 1’s across the board.
I chose the VPS hosting package after doing a lot of research, as my previous hosting provider (dot5hosting) had too many email issues. Our VPS hosting solution is great!! The mail is fast and handles our big attachments and I like having the comfort of a vps server. Well worth it!!
if you value good service and support, inmotion is the company for you. the business class hosting is the best one i have ever encountered. yes it might be expensive for some but when it comes to business, you can def trust inmotion to provide the service service.
i say inmotion is one of the most reliable host i have encountered so far. yes they not offer everything unlimited but most of us know there is no such thing as unlimited features. They are not like other hosts who offer everything unlimited and later on move you to a different server when you start to utilize all features.
