They do offer few features that are not unlimited. For example, POP3 email which is around 2500 POP3 email accounts. Also, you are only limited to 2500 IMAP email, 1000 FTP accounts, 100 MySQL and 100 PostgreSQL databases. All these features end up costing $6.95 per month when you pay for 24 months. The 12 month price is at $7.95 per month.

i had few problems with the site but the issue was resolved very quickly. if you are newbie, you might encounter problems but for a pro bluehost is the best hosting provider out there
