they do offer good prices but support is horrible. The techs most of the time don’t even understand, esp on live chat. They will always tell you to submit a ticket. So i don’t know why they offer live support. uptime is okay with few minor problems once in a while, which is acceptable.

I have a dedicated server with them and they offer really good rates. There was a downtime earlier today that only lasted 15 min. It was a problem with the bandwidth provider, so i guess you can’t really blame Psychz for the downtime but still I am glad downtime only lasted for 15 or so minutes. The support is great and they are always willing to help if i need something installed or modified on the server. I know other providers will try to squeeze money out of you but folks at Psychz Networks are always willing to help. Psychz is not a big company and that’s why they are able to offer good support and amazing prices.

Everything is fine with this host until you encounter a problem. The support staff seems confused sometimes and they do take forever. If you are lucky and don’t encounter problems, you’ll be okay but good luck if you do need any form of support. I been reading comments of other users online and it seems Lunarpages is lately pissing off a lot of people. I don’t know if they are growing too fast or just don’t care about the service anymore.

I have a problem with the amount of space they are offering. It’s obvious it’s not unlimited. If you start using a lot of space, they will warn you and they won’t exactly tell you how much space usage is allowed.

really cheap package and require no 1 or 2 year payment. You can pay monthly price of $2.95 and still enjoy good amount of space and bandwidth. Support is not the best but the service is reliable.

every single company offers excellent sales and technical experience but most fail when it comes to reliability of the servers. The service is slow and uptime is not the best. look into hostgator if you want good uptime.

good price and excellent feature for just a basic website but had bad experience with their technical support team. I guess if you don’t encounter any problems and you know everything about site creation, you should be okay. if you need assistance, good luck getting some.
