Livezilla is being used by a lot of companies and from the clients perspective it seems to be good as i have tested it on a few website but not sure how it is from the support view. I would prefer something which is SAAS based where i do not have to download software on my computer to make it work, though compared to SAAS this would be faster.

Would like to invite u to give zopim a go we have most of the features mentioned (more in fact!) and being a saas solution, its even faster to get started with zopim.
